Gurung wins with a huge margin in Dolakha

Dolakha: Parbat Gurung of left alliance has been elected to the House of Representatives with 55,954 votes.
Gurung defeated Nepali Congress’ Rundra Bahadur Khadka who got 25,809 votes. The victory margin hence was 30,153, according to Chief Returning Officer of Dolakha Prakash Kumar Kafley. Likewise, in the State Assembly ‘A’ seat CPN-MC leader Bishal Khadka was elected with 28,350 votes. His closest contender was Barma Lama of the Congress who received 12,956 votes. In State Assembly ‘B’ seat, UML’s Pashupati Chaulagain won by securing 23,038 votes while NC’s Keshav Chaulagain came second with 10,880 votes.
